This modular 10 plex was constructed in 2021-2002. Each unit consists of 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, kitchen, living room area, and mechanical room.
It has a front and rear entrance. This 10-plex took 3 days to install into place. Each unit is 56 ft long x 12 ft wide.This project was to help seniors in need.
